Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Confirmed For June 9 Reveal

Xbox has confirmed that the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 reveal will take place on Sunday, June 9 as part of the Xbox Games Showcase. Immediately after the showcase, Xbox will hold an in-depth Black Ops 6 Direct to go into more detail on the upcoming game.

In addition to the announcement, the game’s official logo was also revealed, which you can see in the featured image above.

As earlier reported, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will take place during the Gulf War of the early 1990s. The new game is expected to embrace a more open-world campaign as the start of a new focus for the series. It was also seemingly confirmed that both Raven Software and Treyarch are working on the game together, as reported by Flizzyy.

There are no other details regarding what the reveal will include, but fans should expect to see information about all of the major features coming to the game. That includes the campaign, Warzone, multiplayer, and more.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to release in late October. Flizzyy’s Tom Henderson believes that October 25 is the current target date. It’s also been reported that Call of Duty is coming to Xbox Game Pass with possible pricing and tier changes as part of the addition.
