All Upcoming BGMI Tournaments in June-July 2023: Complete Details

The return of BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) has lifted the spirit of the Indian gaming community, especially those that were missing their regular dose of mobile battle royale action. Despite the availability of alternate titles like New State Mobile during the game’s year-long absence, there was not a huge migration of players noticed in the country.

Now that BGMI is back and professional players have started grinding the game once again, even the competitive scene is rising from its slumber and there seem to be heaps of tournaments taking place in the span of two months.

To keep you updated on all the competitive BGMI action that will be taking place in June and July 2023, we have compiled a list of important tournaments that have been announced and will be taking place soon.

Upcoming BGMI Tournaments in June-July 2023: Teams, Schedule, Prizepool, More

Here are all the important BGMI tournaments that will be taking place across the months of June and July. There are an overwhelming number of competitions ahead and teams would not be getting much time to practice, making it harder to adjust and rectify their mistakes.

It will be interesting to see which team holds on to their momentum and who all can make necessary adjustments to deal some unexpected blows.

APL Esports is an upcoming esports organizer which is slowly climbing the ladder. It has announced an upcoming BGMI tournament called Streamer Showdown Season 1 which is scheduled to take place from 9th to 14th June featuring a total prize pool of INR 2,00,000.

Global Esports, one of the top esports organizations from India, has announced the Fight Night Pro Scrims for BGMI which is scheduled to take place from 18th to 21st June.

A total of 24 teams have been invited for this tournament and will be divided into three groups of eight teams each.

Another known name from India, Esports XO is the tournament organizer arm of the company and they have planned some huge things for their esports circuit in 2023.

Their first leg of the plan is set to kick off with the Esports XO Pro Cup BGMI scheduled to take place from 20th to 26th June and featuring a total prize pool of INR 15,00,000.

  • Format – 4 Days Round Robin + 3 Days Finals

  • Schedule – 20th to 26th June

  • Prizepool – INR 15,00,000

Further, Esports XO is also organizing the Battle XO Open Cup from 16th to 19th June which is basically the qualifier for the main tournament above. Registrations for this event are currently taking place, providing an opportunity for the top two teams of making it to the next stage.

NODWIN Gaming will be entering competitive BGMI once again in partnership with Rooter for the upcoming BGMI Champions Cup 2023. A total of 32 teams will get a chance to compete in this tournament which is scheduled to take place for a total of 12 days from 21st June onwards.

The teams that wish to qualify will have to compete in the Rooter Underdogs tournament for which the registrations are currently underway. There are limited slots up for grabs and only the top four teams will make their way forward to the main competition.

Esportswala is both an esports organization and a tournament organizer from India. They operate rosters across multiple titles like New State Mobile, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, and more, while also having organized some top esports tournaments.

Since earlier this month, they have been teasing an upcoming BGMI tournament called The National 2023 which features a total prize pool of INR 10,00,000.

Unfortunately, this is the only information revealed by them at this point in time but the tournament is expected to take place within the next two months.

Lidoma Asia is a regional subsidiary of Lidoma Vision Esports which is an international gaming tournament organizer headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.

They recently announced an upcoming BGMI specific tournament called India’s Battleground Invitationals stating, “Coming soon, something is cooking.”

No further information was announced by the organizer but it is expected this will be one of the high-profile BGMI tournaments and will be taking place soon.

These are the six upcoming BGMI tournaments that will be taking place in the months of June and July 2023. Details for a few of them have not been announced at the time of writing this article, but the information will be updated as soon as it is announced by the respective organizers.
