BGMI Banned India: Few In-game Features are not available after the Battlegrounds Mobile India Ban – Battlegrounds Mobile India commonly known as BGMI, was banned in India on 28th July 2022. Following the government order, The game has been removed from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store under Section 69A of the IT Act. A report by Reuters suggested that the Indian Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) issued the order to ban Battlegrounds Mobile India under Section 69 (A) of the IT Act, 2000. Following the order, Google Play Store and App Store have taken down BGMI from their platforms.

Few In-game Features are not available after the BGMI Ban

After Battlegrounds Mobile India Ban, a few features are not available in the game. Players are not able to purchase the UC in the game following the ban. As the game is not available on the app stores, players will not be able to update the game to upcoming versions. Krafton is actively working on to solve the problem and release the game.

There have been developments behind the scenes which indicate a return for Battlegrounds Mobile India aka BGMI to the Indian market. Several Influencers and content creators have kept fans’ spirits up by posting cryptic hints on their social media accounts. Krafton advised players to wait for more developments from its side and should not resort to panic.
