According to the latest changes made by Krafton in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), the game will continue with Cycle 3 Season 7 (C3S7) amid its suspension in the country. Krafton has reset all ranks in the game and extended the duration of C3S7 up to 18th January 2023. After the changes made by Krafton, the game shows that its current season started on the 19th November 2022 at 5:30 pm and will end at 5:29 pm on 18th January 2023.
BGMI’s C3S7 to continue till 18th January
In September, fans expected Krafton to release the BGMI 2.2 update as the C3S7 was about to end. However, amid the game’s suspension, Krafton did not release the update but locked the game’s RP section and renewed the C3S7 season with a rank reset. Krafton has done the same thing once again.
Although PUBG Mobile is already running on version 2.3, the Indian version of the game BGMI is still stuck at version 2.1 as it has not received any update since the launch of version 2.1. This delay in the update can be primarily attributed to the game’s suspension in the country. Currently, Krafton has completely reset the stats of all players and the ranks, and the Royale Pass (RP) is still locked like it was for the last couple of months. Fans are disappointed with the fact that Krafton has not renewed the RP and season in BGMI for two straight months.
On the bright side, fans can rejoice because the return of their favorite game might be closer than ever. Recently, multiple sources have revealed a lot of positive news about BGMI. Multiple popular personalities from the Indian gaming community have also revealed that the game might return in early January. Furthermore, Krafton has also made some updates in the support section of the game’s website as well as in the game. Krafton even revealed that it is working on resuming BGMI’s services in its latest press release. However, there is no official announcement from Krafton regarding the game’s return so far.
