Blacklist International’s EDWARD is Building His Dream House Using MLBB Winnings

Moonton’s hit mobile MOBA title Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) has opened a lot of opportunities for aspiring pro players to build their careers in its competitive scene. One of which is Blacklist International’s young prodigy Edward “EDWARD” Jay Dapadap who has seemingly proven that hard work definitely pays off. As a back-to-back MPL PH Season 7-8 champion, and M3 World Championship titleholder, the young EXP Laner now aims to make his dreams a reality. With his MLBB pro player earnings, the 17-year-old pro player is building his two-story dream house in Bataan, Philippines.

EDWARD builds his dream house through hard work as a pro player

Through a Facebook post on 26th May, EDWARD shared one of his biggest achievements as an MLBB pro player. According to him “Nothing beats the happiness of seeing your dreams slowly coming true through your hard work.”

“It is one of my dreams to build my dream house for my family. All the exhaustion and sacrifices were worth it. A lot of thanks to everyone especially my family for the continuous trust and unwavering support. This wouldn’t have been possible without you all,” EDWARD captioned.

Edward is one of the youngest MPL-Philippines players in Blacklist International. As the team’s reliable EXP Laner, the team was able to score a plethora of championship runs. However, due to age limitations for the 31st SEA Games, EDWARD was not able to join the squad in its journey to winning the Gold medal for the Philippines.

As its esports scene grows, Moonton’s official MLBB regional leagues such as the MPL PH claims to be providing teams, players, and talents greater financial stability through its revenue sharing model that provides salary and weekly subsidiaries. Stories such as EDWARD’s are a testament to the growth of the industry and the viability of a career in esports.
