Genshin Impact: Tighnari and Zhongli Banner Makes $15 Million in Ten Days
Genshin Impact’s much-awaited Version 3.0 is finally here and it brought the Dendro 5-star bow user Tighnari along with a rerun for the Geo Archon, Zhongli. The banner went live on August 24, 2022, and we have data from the Chinese App Store that shows that the banner generated $15 million in revenue.

The data comes from GenshinLab, which collects sales revenue data for Genshin Impact’s banners. According to it, in ten days, the Tighnari and Zhongli banner has made $15 million in the China market, which is a great number.

One thing that readers will have to keep in mind is that these numbers are only from the Chinese market and only take into account the revenue generated from iOS devices. The data isn’t even accounting for other devices that Genshin Impact can be played on, like Android, PC, PS4 and PS5. If we were to account for numbers from all platforms, globally, then we could get a clearer picture of which characters made the most money in the game. Unfortunately, however, gathering this data from such a broad range of devices and regions is not easy, unless HoYoverse themselves release sales information.

The number may be higher because of Zhongli, which is a very popular character. It would have been interesting to see how much Tighnari alone made on the banner, and using the data we could gauge if he is popular amongst the community or not.
