How to Change Name in BGMI after Unban?
Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has made a grand return, becoming the top game on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Krafton has restored both the inventory and the in-game names (IGN) of all BGMI players when it made its return. However, some players may still wish to change their in-game names in BGMI after the unban to give themselves a fresh identity or to align with a new persona. If you’re one of those players looking to switch up your IGN in BGMI, here’s a guide on how to do it.
Use Rename Card to Change Name in BGMI
While new BGMI players can easily select a new name for themselves when they open the game for the first time, returning players will require a ‘Rename Card’ to select a new name for themselves. The Rename card can be found in the inventory tab of the game. If you do not have one in your inventory, you can purchase one from the in-game store for 180 UC.
