Is BGMS Season 2 Hampering Teams’ Qualification Chances in BGIS 2023?
Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023 The Grind has proven to be one of the toughest Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) tournaments. Experienced teams like Global Esports, Team X Spark, Enigma Gaming and Team Insane have already been eliminated from BGIS 2023 The Grind. The ongoing Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 2 is also one of the tournaments where the underdogs are giving tough competition to experienced teams.
Recently many teams like Team X Spark, Enigma Gaming, Global Esports, and Team Insane dominated BGMS Season 2, but failed to qualify for Round 3 of BGIS 2023.
Soul Amit and Spero respond to qualification scenario and teams performance in BGIS 2023 The Grind
Experienced teams are finding it difficult to qualify in Round 3 of BGIS as underdogs dominate the event. The experienced teams are not being able to counter the strategies of these underdog teams.
Some of the fans are blaming the BGMS Season 2 schedule for the elimination of their favorite teams from BGIS 2023 The Grind. Teams have to play up to nine matches in a single day on their match day in BGIS 2023 The Grind, which also includes three matches from BGMS Season 2.
Piyush “Spero” Bhatla, asking the fans and viewers, said, “What do you guys think is the main reason behind the team’s elimination from BGIS 2023 The Grind. What are the reasons for teams performing exceptionally in one event and not being able to qualify in another. Is BGMS Season 2 one of the reasons”.
Soul Amit “Amit” Dubey responding to the same issue said, “We have to put in extra efforts and change some strategies if we want to qualify for BGIS 2023. We have a good enough knowledge of Tier 1 teams like Revenant Esports, they are a team who fight smartly and don’t engage in unnecessary fights. On the other hand we have Team Insane who like to engage in fights. We don’t have enough information on underdog teams. There can be a new team whose four players can be sitting in a single house without making any noise”.
BGMS Season 2 takes place at night with only 3 matches per day for League Week as well as Super Weekend. The schedule for BGMS Season 2 hampers the schedule of some of the teams playing BGIS 2023 The Grind as they have to play BGIS 2023 The Grind from the BGMS Season 2 LAN venue.
The underdog teams have showcased their potential in BGIS 2023 The Grind which has resulted in the elimination of experienced teams. The remaining Tier 1 teams have to come prepared and will have to try and outclass the underdog teams for a spot in BGIS 2023 Round 3.
