KarlTzy and Yawi Spearhead ECHO to MPL PH's Fastest Game Victory

ECHO proved its title as the super team by winning one of the fastest game series recorded in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) Season 10. The team made quick work of Omega Esports with an impressive game two performance, finishing the match in just 10 minutes. ECHO has overtaken ONIC PH and Blacklist International for the top spot on the leaderboard with 20 points in total.

Through a post-match press conference, the team’s star jungler Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno shared that he aims to prove himself by taking down Omega Esports in the MPL PH Season 10 playoffs.

ECHO wins in a dominant fashion against Omega Esports

The first game of the series saw a tug of war between the two teams. Omega Esports had the most advantage in the late game but could not officially close the game at the 21-minute mark thanks to KarlTzy’s Chou who came in clutch and pulled off a 4v1 maniac kill streak. This crucial mistake by the Comeback Kings was immediately taken advantage of by ECHO who immediately rushed mid lane and secured the win.

The second game was a one-sided match in favor of ECHO. The immense map pressure delivered by the super team prevented Omega Esports from stalling the game in hopes of finding a weak spot. Within five minutes, ECHO was ahead with eight kills to its name while the Comeback Kings only had two kills and no objectives secured.

With a huge lead, the super team made haste and ended game two in just 10 minutes to close the series with a dominant 2-0 clean sweep victory.

KarlTzy aims to “crush” Omega Esports in the playoffs

Through a post-match press conference, the team’s star jungler KarlTzy shared that he is yet to feel satisfied with his victory against Omega Esports in the playoffs.

“I didn’t feel anything [about this win] because it’s still not playoffs. I want to crush them [Omega Esports] in the playoffs,” stated ECHO’s jungler.

ECHO will aim to maintain its position on the leaderboard when it takes on TNC Pro Team on 24th September at 7:30 PM (PHT). Omega Esports will be facing TNC Pro Team on 18th September at 7:40 PM (PHT).
