Popular Indian Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) player Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh recently expressed his desire to join an organization where he can have complete control of the team, including deciding which players to add and remove from the team. He expressed that having such high control over the team will enable him to dominate the game. Mavi also discussed the problems that can arise when players communicate with management members outside of formal channels. He stated that having complete control over the team, as he did with OREsports, eliminates such communication loopholes.
Mavi explains the benefit of having complete control over team
In a recent livestream, Mavi expressed his desire to join an organization where he can have complete control of the team. Mavi stated that he wanted an organization where only his rules apply. He added he wants to be able to decide which players to add in and remove from the team, as well as having control over other aspects. Mavi expressed his belief that having such a high degree of control over the team will enable him to dominate both the game and his opponents.
Mavi expressed his belief that when players find a “loophole,” which allows them to communicate with management members outside of the formal channels, it can lead to problems. To explain his point, Mavi put forth the example of his former team TeamXSpark. He explained that in TeamXSpark, players had two people in management to talk to – Mavi himself and the owner Tanmay “Scout” Singh. He added that if they wanted to go behind his back, they would talk with Scout, and if they wanted to go behind Scout’s back, they would talk to him. Mavi added that this was wrong and created problems among the team.
Mavi stated that the primary reason behind OREsports’ success was that he had complete control over the entire team, which included crucial decisions like which players to add, remove, or scold. He expressed that having such control over the team operations eliminated any problems that could arise from communication loopholes or player conflicts.
OREsports has established itself as one of the most successful BGMI organizations in India, having garnered numerous accolades, notably a second-place finish in both the PUBG Mobile India Tour 2019 and PUBG Mobile Club Open – Spring Split 2020: India. Furthermore, the team achieved an impressive second-rank finish on the global stage of the PUBG Mobile World League 2020 – East, cementing its position as one of the top teams in the region.
