Olympic Esports Series 2023: The International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC) have unveiled details of the Olympic Esports Series 2023, announcing that the series will now feature a total of ten sports and games, including a sport shooting competition created in Fortnite. The players will compete on a special International Shooting Sport Federation Island created in Fortnite, designed to replicate the feel of a sport shooting competition. Participants will be tested on their target aiming accuracy, just as sports shooters are in competition.

Olympic Esports Series 2023 to Include Sport Shooting Competition in Fortnite
The Olympic Esports Series 2023 is a global virtual and simulated sports competition created by the IOC, which will be held in collaboration with International Federations (IFs) and game publishers. The best players from each sport and game will take part in live, in-person finals at the Olympic Esports Finals, which will be held in Singapore from 22-25 June 2023 as part of the Olympic Esports Week.

The sport shooting competition in Fortnite joins nine other sports and games in the Olympic Esports Series, which includes archery (Tic Tac Bow), baseball (WBSC eBaseball™: Power Pros), chess (Chess.com), cycling (Zwift), dance sport (Just Dance), motorsport (Gran Turismo 7), sailing (Virtual Regatta), taekwondo (Virtual Taekwondo), and tennis (Tennis Clash).
General admission tickets for the Olympic Esports Week are now available, starting at $10 Singapore dollars (approximately $7.50 USD) per day, with three-day passes beginning at S$20. The finals action will be streamed globally on Olympics.com and Olympic social media channels, bringing the excitement of the Olympic Esports Series to fans around the world.
