PUBG Mobile announces a collaboration with Dragon Ball Super to bring new characters, features, and events to the game in the upcoming update 2.7, which will start rolling out in July 2023. PUBG Mobile has confirmed Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, Piccolo, and Gohan characters till now.
The PUBG Mobile and Dragon Ball Super collaboration is set to include two modes in the game. One is the Dragon Ball Super Theme Mode which will be added to the Ranked Erangle map as the theme mode, and the second is Dragon Ball Super Mode.
Dragon Ball Super Mode and New Map
Dragon Ball Super Mode gamers get to see an Anime Theme Map that is added to the unranked erangle map with PUBG Mobile Classic Touch. The map is specially designed for the Dragon Ball Super character’s gameplay in anime style. Gamers have to choose one character to enter the match. There are several characters, including Son Goku, Vegeta, Ultimate Gohan, Piccolo, and Frieza, with their own powers and abilities.
There are no weapons on the map, but gamers can deafen their opponents by using the powers of the character they choose. Gamers can teleport from one location to another using the several teleport locations on the map. Every character has their own abilities that gamers can use in fights along with two more long-range and short-range powers they get in the game. Gamers can also use Kamehameha on the map.

The PUBG Mobile and Dragon Ball Super collaboration is one of the game’s most anticipated updates. The release date has not yet been formally confirmed, but players may expect the update around July 2023.
