RRQ PH Opens Recruitment for MLBB Coach and Analyst

Rex Regum Qeon Philippines (RRQ) may be looking to field a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) team in the Philippines (PH) soon. The esports organization announced that it is looking for a Coach or Analyst to help build and manage a team. Registration is currently ongoing and is open to all interested talents.

RRQ is one of the biggest esports organizations in Indonesia. The PH division previously released its League of Legends: Wild Rift roster but promised to keep expanding its reach in the Philippines esports scene. It looks like the organization is looking to expand its MLBB teams by signing a PH roster on top of its squads in Indonesia and Brazil.

How to register for RRQ PH MLBB as a coach or analyst

Through a Facebook post, RRQ Philippines announced an open recruitment for a potential coach or analyst to lead its unannounced MLBB team.

“RRQ Philippines is now looking for Mlbb coach/analyst. If you think you’re the one we’re looking for, come and join us and be part of our Kingdom,” wrote RRQ Philippines.

Before interested applicants move with the registration, they first need to fit the following criteria;

  • Minimum age of 23 years old or above.

  • Ex-Professional MLBB/MOBA player or have experience as a coach.

  • High in-depth understanding of MOBA and MLBB in every position.

  • Required to bring out the best of players and fix their issues.

  • Make analytical data about MOBA tournaments.

  • Great interpersonal skills.

  • Able to stay at the gaming house in the Philippines, can standby 24/7.

Considering RRQ is one of the biggest esports organization in Southeast Asia, it will be interesting to see if it will be able to make history in the Philippines with its upcoming MLBB roster.
