Team SouL’s Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) coach Amit “Amit” Dubey recently commended professional BGMI player Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh’s game sense. While analyzing Mavi’s gameplay in the match, Amit praised Mavis’s decision to take a risk and play aggressively, even though he could have played it safe. He stated that Mavi’s approach was the right play in the given circumstances and commended Mavi’s ability to make the right decisions in difficult situations. Despite eventually dying, Amit highlighted that Mavi’s overall gameplay was proper, and he had a great combat approach.
Amit highlights Mavi’s ability to make the right decisions in BGMI
Amit highlighted that Mavi’s overall gameplay was proper, and he had a great combat approach. In a recent livestream, Amit was analyzing the gameplay of Team SouL’s BGMI player. Notably, Mavi was playing with the team due to Hector’s unavailability. At a point in a match, all of Team SouL’s players died, and Mavi was the lone survivor. While analyzing Mavi’s gameplay, Amit highlighted Mavi’s aggressive approach, noting that he could have played it safe and laid low. However, Amit commented that Mavi’s decision to take a risk was the right play in the given circumstances. “He could die, but it is still worth it. Because if the opponents take him lightly (as he is the lone survivor), he will kill him,” he added.
After picking three finishes for his team, Mavi also died. Following this, Amit highlighted that it was the right play. He explained that even though Mavi’s spray was not “crisp, clean, or laser-like,” his overall gameplay was proper. Amit praised Mavi’s ability to make the right decisions, even in difficult situations.
Amit praised Mavi’s combat approach, stating that it was perfectly right. He explained that Mavi was in a 1v1 situation and had cover while his opponent did not, giving him an advantage in the fight. “In a situation where he could have gotten eliminated on two kills, he got three kills (it should be five) and position points as well. The experience is apparent,” he added.
Amit tried comparing the IGL skills of Omega and Mavi but noted that it would be best to compare them in tournaments, as they could be playing with a different approach in scrims. However, Amit shared his observations of Mavi’s gameplay, noting that he was often aggressive and encouraged his teammates to push when encountering other teams.
