Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Gets a New Patch Update Addressing Its Pc Issues as the Game Becomes Team Ninja’s Biggest Steam Launch
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is an action RPG title based on Imperial China. The title is developed by Team Ninja, who are known for their work with the Nioh series. The game released recently on March 3, 2023, and at the moment, players are experiencing a bunch of issues on launch.
The issues were mostly towards the PC version of the game, where players reported optimization issues such as framerate drops, and other problems related to the game’s performance. Moreover, many players were experiencing issues with the controls of the game on PC too.
Fortunately, Team Ninja was prompt with their efforts, as the developers released a patch today to address the issues being faced by PC players. The latest Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Ver 1.03 patch provides adjustments and bug fixes across all platforms, with specific care for Steam/Microsoft Store versions.

A patch for the Steam, PS5 & PS4 versions has been released. This patch will be available soon for the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One & Microsoft Store versions.

Firstly, an adjustment has been made for guest players to skip cutscenes and leave sessions after boss battles in Recruit mode. Bug fixes related to the area near Zhao Yun in the main battlefield “Two Chivalrous Heroes” have been made as well. Issues regarding save date progression from demo version have been resolved too.
Other bug fixes include allowing players to re-renter the boss area of the main battlefield “Fall of the Corrupted Eunuch”, “Awakening of the Unscrupulous Hero” trophy achievement fixed and some graphics and optimisation related bugs.
Steam/Microsoft Store Versions
Great news for PC players as camera controls when using a mouse have been improved. Moreover, bugs related to crash-prone situations, resolutions, graphics and other issues related to certain environments have been fixed as well.
