THW Esports Shines on Day 1 of Upthrust Esports BGMI Challengers Showdown Eliminator Week
Day 1 of Upthrust Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGMI) Challengers Showdown Eliminator Week has concluded with seasoned squads dominating the event. The upcoming squad of THW Esports was the most consistent team on Day 1 of the event. Experienced teams like Revenant Esports, Team Destro, Entity Gaming and Medal Esports also showed consistent performances on the first day of the Eliminator Week.
The event will see 24 teams compete for a spot in the Semi Finals.
THW Esports showcases aggressive gameplay
The upcoming squad of THW Esports was the most consistent team and placed at the top of the table. The team’s aggressive performance helped it grab a total of 53 points along with 2 chicken dinners, 27 of which came via finishes. Sam699 was the star performer for THW Esports with 10 solo finishes across matches.
Revenant Esports placed second with 45 points and 1 chicken dinner. Team Destro put forth aggressive performances and scored 38 points, 26 of which came via finishes. Medal Esports placed fourth and got 33 points. GenxFM Esports placed fifth and got 32 points and 1 chicken dinner. Entity Gaming placed sixth and secured 29 points along with 1 chicken dinner. WindGod Esports placed seventh and scored 27 points, 17 of which came via finishes. Team Psyche placed eighth and got 26 points with 1 chicken dinner.

A few seasoned teams like Orangutan, Global Esports, Gujarat Tigers and Team Aaru could not put forth consistent performances and placed in the second half of the points table. Global Esports, WSB Gaming and Marcos Gaming placed 18th, 19th and 20th respectively and will have 8 more matches to grab a place in the Semi Finals.
