The Upthrust Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGMI) Challengers Showdown Semi Finals has concluded with seasoned squads dominating the event. The seasoned squad of Global Esports was the most consistent team in the Semi Finals. Some of the other teams like Team Tamilas, Carnival Gaming and Entity Gaming also showed consistent performances in the Semi Finals. 

The event saw 24 teams competing for a spot in the Grand Finals.

Upthrust Esports Challengers Showdown Eliminator Week Overview

The seasoned squad of Global Esports dominated Day 3 of the Semi Finals and placed at the top of the table. The team’s consistent performance across matches helped it grab a total of 119 points along with 3 chicken dinners, 72 of which came via finishes. Team Tamilas placed second, it also put forth good fights and grabbed 104 points along with 1 chicken dinner.

The upcoming squad of GenxFM Esports placed third and scored 94 points. Entity Gaming placed fourth and got 88 points and 2 chicken dinners. Carnival Gaming placed fifth and got 87 points and 1 chicken dinner. iQOO Soul placed sixth and scored 87 points and 1 chicken dinner, 66 of which came via finishes. Team 8Bit placed seventh and got 85 points with 2 chicken dinners. Enigma Gaming placed eighth, it made a comeback and got 74 points and 2 chicken dinners.

A few seasoned teams like Mogo Esports, WindGod Esports, Team Forever and Hydra Esports could not put forth consistent performances and placed in the second half of the points table. These teams were not able to grab a place in the top 16 and were eliminated from the event.
