Day 2 of the Upthrust Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Multiverse Series 2024 Grand Finals has concluded. Some of the seasoned teams like Team Tamilas, Orangutan and Global Esports dominated Day 2 of the event.
Team Tamilas is placed at the top of the table with 136 points including three chicken dinners. Orangutan placed second and got 115 points, including two chicken dinners. Global Esports placed at the third spot with 108 points, including a chicken dinner. Medal Esports placed at the fourth spot with 105 points. Team 8Bit placed fifth with 102 points.
BGMI Multiverse Series 2024 Grand Finals Day 2 Match Summary
Match 1 Erangel: Team Tamilas secured a massive 31 point chicken dinner. Mr IGL from Team Tamilas was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match with 6 solo finishes. Godlike Esports placed second with 18 points. Team 8Bit showed good rotations and got 13 points. Team XSpark and TWM Gaming placed fourth and fifth and got 12 and 11 points respectively. Revenant Esports and Medal Esports were eliminated early with a single point each.
Match 2 Miramar: Revenant Esports grabbed its first chicken dinner of the Grand Finals with 23 points. Team Tamilas continued its momentum and got 20 points. Mr IGL from Team Tamilas secured back to back match MVP’s with 5 solo finishes. Team 8Bit also had back to back matches where it fared well and scored 16 points. Global Esports and IQOO Soul placed fourth and fifth, earning 13 points each. Reckoning Esports placed sixth and got 10 points. TWM Gaming and Aslaa Esports were eliminated early without scoring any points.
Match 3 Sanhok: Orangutan secured a 23 point chicken dinner on the map of Sanhok. Team XSpark placed second with 19 points. Harsh “Spraygod” Malik from Team XSpark was the MVP of the match with 8 solo finishes. Team 8Bit continued its momentum and scored 16 points. TWM Gaming placed fourth and got 11 points for its team effort. Godlike Esports, Global Esports and Revenant Esports were eliminated with a single point each.
Match 4 Vikendi: Chemin Esports secured a massive 31 point chicken dinner. Venom from Chemin Esports was the MVP of the match with 8 solo finishes. Medal Esports placed second and scored 18 points. Team 8Bit again had a good match and got 17 points. Godlike Esports had a good mix of finish and placement points and got 11 points. Aslaa Esports and Revenant Esports placed fifth and sixth with 9 points each. Reckoning Esports was eliminated early with a single point.
Match 5 Erangel: Reckoning Esports secured its first chicken dinner of the Grand Finals with 26 points. Hunter from Reckoning Esports was the MVP of the match with 6 solo finishes. Entity Gaming made a comeback and scored 17 points. Medal Esports continued its good run and got 16 points. Godlike Esports placed fourth and got 15 points. Team XSpark and WSB Gaming were eliminated in the initial stages with 1 point each.
Match 6 Miramar: Team Tamilas secured its second chicken dinner of the day with 25 points. WSB Gaming made a comeback and scored 19 points. Medal Esports again had a good match and got 15 points. Godlike Esports placed third and got 14 points. Mac from Godlike Esports was the MVP of the match as he secured 6 solo finishes. IQOO Soul made a comeback and got 11 points. Team 8Bit got eliminated early without scoring any points.
Day 2 of Upthrust Esports BGMI Multiverse Series 2024 Grand Finals was dominated by seasoned teams like Team Tamilas, Orangutan, Global Esports, and Medal Esports. Some of the experienced teams like IQOO Soul, Entity Gaming and Revenant Esports are yet to put forth consistent performances and are placed in the second half of the points table.
