Day 2 of Upthrust Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Multiverse Series 2024 Semi Finals has concluded. Some of the upcoming teams like Reckoning Esports, Chemin Esports and Global Esports dominated Day 2 of the event.
Reckoning Esports is placed at the top of the table with 108 points. Chemin Esports placed second and got 106 points including a chicken dinner. Global Esports placed at the third spot with 95 points including a chicken dinner. Orangutan placed at the fourth spot with 85 points. Team Tamilas placed fifth with 81 points including 48 placement points.
BGMI Multiverse Series Semi Finals Day 2 Match Summary
Match 1 Erangel (A vs B): Team Destro made a comeback in the first match of Day 2 and secured a 22 point chicken dinner. Although Team Destro secured the chicken dinner. Orangutan secured the most points, 23, from the match. Gagan from Orangutan was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match with 7 solo finishes. Chemin Esports placed third and got 20 points. Reckoning Esports and Global Esports placed fourth and fifth, getting 13 and 11 points respectively. IQOO Soul was eliminated in the early stages without scoring any points.
Match 2 Miramar (A vs C): Godlike Esports secured a massive 30 point chicken dinner including 15 finish points. GenxFM placed second and got 15 points. Hydra Esports showed good rotations and grabbed 12 points. TWM Gaming placed third and got 11 points. IQOO Soul and WSB Gaming placed fourth and fifth with 10 points each. Team Omega and Entity Gaming were eliminated early with 2 points each.
Match 3 Erangel (B vs C): Godlike Esports secured back to back chicken dinners with 24 points. TWM Gaming placed second and got 21 points. KIOLMAO from TWM Gaming was the MVP of the match as he secured 6 solo finishes. Chemin Esports and Team 8Bit placed third and fourth with 14 points each. Entity Gaming made a comeback and got 10 points. Orangutan and Team XSpark were eliminated in the initial phases with 3 points each.
Match 4 Miramar (A vs B): Orangutan grabbed a 29 point chicken dinner including 14 finish points. Ankit “Akop” Shukla from Orangutan was the MVP of the match with 7 solo finishes. Chemin Esports placed second by showing good rotations and got 19 points. Reckoning Esports continued its good run and got 17 points. Team Tamilas and IQOO Soul placed fourth and fifth with 14 and 12 points respectively. Revenant Esports, Gujarat Tiger and Aslaa Esports were eliminated in the early stages without scoring any points.
Match 5 Erangel (A vs C): Global Esports secured its first chicken dinner of the Semi Finals with 26 points. WSB Gaming and Team XSpark placed second and third and got 15 points each for their team effort. Team Omega placed third and grabbed 14 points. Godlike Esports continued its momentum and got 11 points. Gujarat Tigers and GenxFM were eliminated early with 1 point each.
Match 6 Miramar (B vs C): Chemin Esports grabbed a chicken dinner on the map of Miramar with 29 points. Team Zero and Reckoning Esports placed second and third and got 15 points each. Orangutan placed fourth and got 13 points, 9 of which came via finishes. Team XSpark and Big Brother Esports placed fifth and sixth and got 11 points each.
Day 2 of Upthrust Esports BGMI Multiverse Series 2024 Semi Finals was dominated by seasoned teams like Reckoning Esports, Global Esports, Orangutan and Chemin Esports. Some of the experienced teams like Team Destro, Team Omega and Entity Gaming have shown glimpses of brilliance but are yet to put forth consistent performances.
