Velocity Gaming is one of the veteran esports organizations in India. It had rosters in multiple PC and Mobile esports titles like Valorant (male and female esports rosters), Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), PUBG Mobile New State and Counter Strike Global Offensive (CS:GO). It achieved significant success through its Valorant male roster which also represented India at the Valorant Championship Tour (VCT) 2022: Asia Pacific (APAC) Stage 1 Challengers .

Velocity Gaming: Roster and Achievements

Velocity Gaming entered the mobile esports scene in India with its BGMI roster in 2021. The roster had shown glimpses of brilliance but was not able to put forth consistent performances. Its BGMI roster went through major changes from 2021 to 2023. The organization also had various well known esports players like Samir “Kratos” Choubey, Ashutosh “Punkk” Singh, Raj “Snax” Verma, Daljit “Daljitsk” Singh and Randeep “Attanki” Singh Bhullar represent them across several events. 

Velocity Gaming had added Jazzy to its roster just before the start of Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023 The Grind event and also dominated the initial stages of the event, but it achieved 47th place in the Grand Finals. It eventually qualified for the BGIS 2023 main event through the open qualifiers and started on a good note by dominating Rounds 2 and 3, but could not replicate the same in further stages and was later on eliminated from the event. Although it had good performances in some of the events, the roster was released after its elimination from the BGIS 2023 event.

Velocity Gaming’s BGMI roster was able to grab third place in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) 2023 Season 2 which boasted a massive prize pool of INR 2.1 Crores and second place in third party events like the Omega Slayers (OS) Invitational Season 1 and Revenant Invitational Showdown.

Velocity Gaming is owned by Manoj “Sentinel” Kashyap with Lalith “CK” as the Co-owner. It had rosters in multiple esports titles like Rainbow Six Siege, Valorant (male and female esports rosters), Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), PUBG Mobile New State and Counter Strike Global Offensive (CS:GO), but has released all of them and is now focused on content creation.
