Celsius Esports Crowned Red Bull MEO Season 6 BGMI Champion

The Red Bull Mobile Esports Open (MEO) Season 6 BGMI finals concluded with the upcoming squad of Celsius Esports being crowned as the champion. The team showed consistent gameplay across all three days of the tournament and was placed at the top of the table with 205 points including 73 finish points. Orangutan was the close contender till Day 2 of the event but could not continue the same performance on Day 3 which led toĀ it placing second with 170 points.

Red Bull MEO BGMI finals Day 3 Match Summary

Match 1 Erangel: Gods Reign claimed the first chicken dinner of the day with 22 points. Celsius Esports closely followed them and placed second with 21 points. Revenant Esports showed good rotations and grabbed 15 points. Team Infinity and Big Brother Esports were able to secure 13 points each. Medal Esports, Team Soul and Team X Spark were eliminated early, each scored only a single point.

Match 2 Miramar: Aslaa Esports grabbed its first chicken dinner of the finals with 21 points. Although Aslaa Esports secured the chicken dinner Orangutan secured 22 points, the highest in the match. Ankit ā€œAKopā€ Shukla was the star performer for Orangutan as he secured 6 solo finishes. Celsius Esports had back to back good matches and secured 15 points from this match. Enigma Gaming scored 15 points. Gods Reign and Team X Spark secured 8 points each.Ā 

Match 3 Erangel: Gladiators Esports secured a massive 28 point chicken dinner. Justin ā€œJustinā€ Nadar was the star performer for Gladiators Esports as he secured 5 solo finishes. Team Infinity made a comeback and scored 18 points from the match. Celsius Esports and Aslaa Esports secured 17 points each. Team Soul and Revenant Esports were eliminated in the initial stages without scoring any points.

Match 4 Sanhok: Global Esports grabbed a massive 28 point chicken dinner. Tanjot ā€œNinjaboiā€ Singh and Harshit ā€œBeastā€ were the Most Valuable Players (MVP) of the match as they secured 5 finishes each. Team X Spark and Revenant Esports scored 16 and 13 points respectively. Orangutan secured 11 points. Gods Reign and Team Infinity were eliminated in the early phases with zero points.Ā 

Match 5 Erangel: Celsius Esports grabbed a 26 point chicken dinner in the last match of the event which led them be crowned as the champions. Aslaa Esports placed second and scored 19 points. Team Soul made a comeback and secured 15 points.

Experienced teams like Team Soul and Team X Spark were not able to put forth consistent performances andĀ placed in the second half of the points table. Big Brother Esports placed second in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023, but in this event the team had a below average performance andĀ placed at the bottom of the table.
