Team Soul has been one of the most consistent teams in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). The team has put forth great performances in the past because of which it has won various titles. Team Soul’s most significant achievement was becoming the champion of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2022.
Team Soul is playing the ongoing Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2023 event. In a recent live stream, Soul Aman “Aman” Jain revealed the reasons behind Hector’s absence in the tournament.
Soul Aman reveals why Hector is missing from BMPS 2023
Sohail “Hector” Shaikh is one of the core players of Team Soul in BGMI. He is well known for his support plays and has garnered a massive following for the same. He had played an important role in Team Soul’s performance in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023 qualifying rounds but it was not enough as the team could not move into the Grand Finals.
Team Soul is playing the ongoing BMPS 2023 event and has dominated Day 1 of the Blue Group matches. The team has played two matches so far and has put forth good performances in both of them.
In a recent, Soul Aman revealed the reasons behind Hector missing BMPS 2023 and said, “Hector will miss BMPS 2023 due to his exams. He has given priority to exams and will be missing just one event and will be back after his exams are over.”
Hector has been one of the most consistent players not only for Team Soul but also among all the other BGMI athletes. He played an important role when Team Soul was crowned the BMPS Season 1 champion.

Team Soul will now have to compete in BMPS 2023 with only four players and will not have any backup players. It will be interesting to see what kind of strategy the team develops as the team currently has three entry fraggers in its four man roster.
