Team Tamilas Wins IQOO BGMI All Stars Cup

The IQOO Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) All Stars Cup was played between 22nd and 25th January. The event had a good mix of seasoned and upcoming teams. It also had a prize pool of INR 3.5 Lakhs. The Grand Finals of the event was played on 24th and 25th January and the top 4 teams have qualified for the IQOO Pro Series event. 

Team Tamilas placed at the top spot and took home a sum of INR 1.2 Lakhs. Dark Spirits Esports placed second and received INR 80,000, SkullTZ Esports placed third and got INR 50,000, and WSB Gaming placed fourth and got INR 30,000.

Maxyop from Team Tamilas was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the event and received an award for the same along with a prize money of INR 30,000.

IQOO All Stars Cup Grand Finals Summary 

Team Tamilas was one of the most consistent teams in the event and was able to grab 124 points in 12 matches along with two chicken dinners. Maxyop and Mr IGL from Team Tamilas put forth considerable effort and were the MVP performers. 

The upcoming squad of Dark Spirits Esports also put forth good fights against seasoned teams and placed second with 106 points and a chicken dinner. SkullTZ Esports placed third receiving 94 points and two chicken dinners. WSB Gaming placed fourth with 88 points and a chicken dinner.

GenxFM placed fifth and received 86 points along with a chicken dinner. WindGod Esports placed at the sixth spot with 82 points and two chicken dinners. Reckoning Esports placed seventh with 69 points. Orangutan Gaming showed aggressive gameplay and placed eighth with 64 points including 45 finish points.

Team Tamilas, Dark Spirits Esports, SkullTZ Esports and WSB Gaming were placed in the top 4 in the Grand Finals and they have secured a place in the IQOO Pro Series event.

The IQOO BGMI All Stars Cup event saw tough competition between seasoned teams like Team Tamilas, Orangutan and Reckoning Esports and upcoming teams like Dark Spirit Esports, SkullTZ Esports and GenxFM Esports. Some of the experienced teams like Reckoning Esports, Orangutan Gaming and Global Esports were not able to secure a place in the IQOO Pro Series event as they placed outside of the top four in the Grand Finals.
