Blind Esports is one of the veteran esports organizations in India. It has enjoyed a lot of success since the unban of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) in May 2023. It acquired the ex Global Esports BGMI roster in March 2023 and since then hasn’t looked back. It also won its first ever official BGMI event in 2023.

Blind Esports’ journey in 2023
Blind Esports is one of the experienced esports organizations in India and it has made a significant impact on the Indian mobile esports scene since the unban of BGMI. The Villager Esports Domin8r Series was among the team’s first few tournaments and the team was crowned the champion of the event. In its first month, the team won five third party BGMI tournaments.

As of 25th December 2023 Blind Esports has parted ways with its BGMI roster.
The month of June was filled with third party events and Blind Esports won most of those events.
It first played the Nodwin BGMI Pro Scrims event and placed 13th due to its inconsistent performance. But it simultaneously played the Villager Esports Domin8r Series event and was crowned the champion of that event.
Blind Esports played three more events in mid June, winning Upthrust Esports Survivors Saga Season 2 and Skyesports Champions Series, and placed 16th in Novum Overpower Series Season 1.
It ended the month on a high and placed second in the Global Esports Fight Night Pro Scrims event and won the Upthrust Esports Challengers Showdown event.
Due to its consistent performance in the month of June Blind Esports was placed at the top of the table in the BGMI Team Rankings with a score of 21.85.
Blind Esports performed consistently in the month of July as it had a couple of podium finishes and also won several third party events.
Blind Esports started the month by winning the Lidoma Battlegrounds Invitational event. It showed good performances in the following events, where it placed 8th in the IQOO Pro Series event and 4th in the Nodwin BGMI Champions Cup event.
It also played the Villager Esports Pro Invitational 2023 and Ranbhoomi Season 2 and secured 5th and 3rd place respectively. It ended the month on a high and placed third in the India Today League Invitationals and won the Revenant Invitational Showdown event.
Blind Esports’ consistent performance in the month of July helped it maintain its position at the top of the leaderboards with a score of 31.50.
Blind Esports played three events in the month of August but it saw a slight dip in its performance.
It started the month by playing the Upthrust Esports Survivors Throne Season 4 event and placed 8th. It also played BGIS 2023 The Grind, which was the qualifying tournament for the BGIS 2023 main event. It placed 8th in the event and secured a slot in Round 3 of the BGIS 2023 main event.
It also played the BGMS Season 2 2023 event to end the month and it showed glimpses of brilliance in the event but it placed 9th in the LAN Grand Finals.
Blind Esports’ performance saw a dip in the month of August due to which it slipped 2 ranks and placed 3rd with a score of 35.35.
Blind Esports played two events in the month of September and it was able to put forth a good performance in only one of the events.
Blind Esports played the OS Invitational event but was inconsistent throughout and placed 21st. It also played the Upthrust Esports Pro Showdown Season 2 event and placed 5th.
Blind Esports maintained its 3rd position in the BGMI Team Rankings for the month of September with a score of 35.85.
Blind Esports played two major BGMI events, BGIS 2023 and India – Korea Invitational and a third party event Battle For Revolution Season 2 in the month of October.
It started the month by playing the Battle For Revolution Season 2 event and placed 2nd. It performed consistently in the BGIS 2023 LAN Grand Finals and placed 4th in the event. It was also able to put forth good performances in the India – Korea Invitational event against the Korean teams and placed fourth.
Blind Esports’ performance in the BGIS 2023 LAN Grand Finals and the India – Korea Invitational event helped it climb 1 rank and it was placed 2nd with a score of 63.23.
Blind Esports played two events in the month of November and won one of them and secured a podium finish in another.
It played the Skyesports Championship 5.0 Grand Finals LAN event and put forth consistent performances to be crowned the champion. It also played the Upthrust Esports Diwali Battle event and secured the 2nd spot.
Blind Esports’ consistent performance in the month of November helped it maintain its 2nd position with a score of 116.03.
The month of December had only one tournament, the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2023 LAN Grand Finals.
The Blind Esports squad put forth consistent performances in the league stage and the LAN Grand Finals of BMPS 2023 due to which it was crowned the champion of the event. It was also the first ever official event victory for the team.
Due to its consistent performance in the BMPS 2023 event, Blind Esports retained its second position in the BGMI Team Rankings event with a score of 173.23.
Since Blind Esports’ BGMI roster was announced, the team has been able to grab the attention of the fans and rival teams due to its aggressive gameplay, making it one of the top contenders to win multiple titles across different events. The team has been one of the most aggressive teams since the unban of BGMI and has been able to adapt to different play styles, and has looked to dominate in multiple events.
