Who Is Global Esports?

Global Esports is one of the veteran esports organizations in India. It has had several rosters in multiple gaming titles including CS:GO, Dota 2, and Overwatch. It currently has two rosters under its name – the men’s Valorant roster and the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) men’s roster.

Global Esports has put forth consistent performances to start the 2024 BGMI season and is currently placed 14th in the .

Global Esports: Roster and Achievements

Global Esports has been fielding a BGMI roster since the launch of the game. The Battlegrounds Mobile India Open Challenge 2022 event was one of the first major BGMI events for the organization and it was able to secure a podium finish in the event. Several well known BGMI athletes like Dhruv “Sangwan” Sangwan, Hrithik “Dark” Saxena, Vinay “Iconic” Gahlot, Ritesh “Fierce” Nawandar and more have represented it over the years.

After Global Esports’ elimination from Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023 Round 2, it had disbanded its roster. It then revealed a new BGMI roster on 5th November 2023 which included a pool of young talents. It also features the ex 8Bit player Harshit “Beast” Yadav who impressed everyone with his clutches in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 2 2023 event. Mavi,the teams IGL (In Game Leader), is one of the well known IGL’s in the BGMI scene and he had helped one of his former teams, OR Esports, grab second place in the PUBG Mobile World League 2020: East event.

Global Esports won the first ever BGMI LAN event in 2022 named Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 1. It also grabbed fourth spot in Season 2 of the same event in 2023. It also won several third party events like The Esports Club: BGMI Invitational Season 4, Thug Invitational Season 5 and Ruthless Invitational Showdown. It played the BGMI Pro Series (BMPS) 2023 event to end the 2023 BGMI season but the team could not grab a spot in the LAN Grand Finals.

Rushindra Sinha is the CEO and Co-founder of Global Esports along with Mohit Israney as the Co-founder and CCO along with Rahul Hinduja as the COO of the organization. Vatsal Uniyal is the Head of Esports at Global Esports. Its male Valorant lineup is partnered with Riot Games for the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) events.
