Team Tamilas is one of the veteran esports organizations in India. It has rosters in various other esports titles like Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), Valorant, Pokemon Unite and Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) Mobile New State. It has fielded a BGMI roster since the game was launched in 2021.

Team Tamilas: Roster and Achievements
The Team Tamilas BGMI roster is filled with experienced players. Its first major BGMI event was the Skyesports Champions Series 2023 event where it placed 20th due to inconsistent performances. Several well known BGMI athletes like Prasanth “Carryop” C, AceBlack, YuvaOP, BeardBaba and more have represented them over the years.
Team Tamilas’ BGMI roster is filled with seasoned players with the likes of Manty, MrIGL and MaxyOP having years of experience under their belt. Recently MaxyOP was crowned the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Upthrust Esports Survivors Saga Season 3 event.
Team Tamilas made a mark as soon as it entered the mobile esports scene and was placed 4th in the PUBG Mobile Club Open – Spring Split: India 2020 event. It also showed good performances in the Skyesports Skirmish Series Season 2 and placed 5th. Its performance so far in 2024 has been outstanding and it has dominated all of the events it has played. It placed second in the Upthrust Esports The Multiverse Series 2024, fourth in The World of Battle (TWOB) Winter Invitational and won the Upthrust Esports Survivors Saga Season 3 event.

Asarudheen Samsudheen is the Founder and Co-owner of Team Tamilas along with Vijay as the COO and Zoonik as the CEO of the organization. Team Tamilas has achieved a good amount of success in other esports titles like Valorant where it was crowned champion of the TEC Challengers Series 3 event.
