Day 1 of the India vs Korea Invitational has concluded. Seasoned teams like Gods Reign, Eagle Owls, Dplus KIA and Big Brother Esports dominated the first day of the event. Few experienced teams like Maru Gaming, Team X Spark, Blind Esports and Rox Esports placed at the bottom of the table as they were unable to put forth good performances.
BGMI India vs Korea Invitational Day 1 Match Summary
Match 1 Erangel: Emtek StormX from Korea dominated the first match and secured a chicken dinner with 24 total points. NSR was placed second with 17 points. Big Brother Esports showed good rotations and was able to get 15 points. TWM Gaming and ZZ grabbed 10 points each. Gods Reign secured 9 points, out of which 8 came from finishes. Shubham “NinjaJod” Sahoo from Gods Reign was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match with 6 solo finishes. Medal Esports and EOS were eliminated early without scoring any points.
Match 2 Miramar: Eagle Owls secured the chicken dinner on the map of Miramar with 24 points. Gods Reign continued its momentum from the previous match and grabbed 19 points from the match including 7 finish points. Dplus placed third securing 14 points. Big Brother Esports had back to back good matches and got 12 points. Rox Esports and Revenant Esports were able to get 9 points each. Harshit “MJ” Mahajan Revenant Esports was the MVP of the match with 5 solo finishes.
Match 3 Sanhok: Dplus secured the chicken dinner in the third match of the day with 24 total points. NoIbu from Dplus clutched a 1v3 against Gladiator Esports in the last circle to secure the chicken dinner. Gladiator Esports was placed second with 20 points. Gods Reign continued its good run and secured 17 points. Eagle Owls and Duksan were able to get 10 points each. Team X Spark and Maru Gaming were eliminated early with 2 points each.
Match 4 Vikendi: Gods Reign became the first Indian team to secure a chicken dinner in the event. It was able to do so with 21 points. Emtek StormX placed second with 17 points. ZZ and Maru Gaming showed good teamwork and grabbed 15 and 13 points, respectively. Blind Esports and TWM Gaming were eliminated in the initial stages with 1 point each.
Match 5 Erangel: Eagle Owls secured its second chicken dinner of the day with 24 points. Revenant Esports made a comeback in the last match of the day and grabbed 17 points. Gods Reign and Big Brother Esports continued their momentum and scored 15 and 14 points, respectively. ZZ, Gladiator Esports, Duksan Esports and Rox were eliminated early with 3 points each.
Day 1 of BGMI India vs Korea Invitational was dominated by Gods Reign and Eagle Owls. Some of the seasoned teams from India like Team X Spark and Blind Esports are placed at the bottom of the table and fans are hoping that these teams will make a comeback on Day 2 and put forth good performances.
