The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Esports Roadmap 2024 has been officially unveiled, a comprehensive plan designed to elevate the competitive landscape. One of the biggest tournaments shall rebranded following its expansion from a Southeast Asia (SEA) – exclusive event to a global tournament. The Mobile Legends Professional League Invitational (MPLI) was not mentioned in the roadmap. However, more tournaments shall take their place as seen in the Mobile Legends Esports Roadmap 2024, further expanding the competitive landscape. The upcoming events shall also provide more opportunities for teams outside the SEA region to showcase their prowess, fostering a truly global stage where diverse talents can shine and contribute to the rich tapestry of MLBB Esports.

MSC 2024 to reband into a mid-season tournament

Moonton has officially unveiled its plans for Mobile Legends Esports in the year 2024. A noteworthy mentioned was the rebranding of the Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) to the more expansive and globally inclusive Mid Season Cup, aligning seamlessly with MOONTON Games’ groundbreaking “Esports for Everyone” vision.

Unveiled in a riveting MLBB Esports 2024 roadmap video, the Mid Season Cup reflects a commitment to diversity and inclusivity. This visionary step aims to open doors for athletes worldwide, providing them with the chance to engage in one of the premier esports tournaments on the global stage. Breaking away from tradition, the MSC 2024 will venture beyond Southeast Asia for the first time, welcoming more regions into its fold, including the esports powerhouse, China. Accompanying this expansion is an augmented prize pool, promising an even more enticing competition.

More tournaments introduced for MLBB Esports Roadmap 2024

Anticipation is on the rise as fans brace themselves for an exhilarating year ahead. The roadmap promises an array of third-party tournaments and events geared towards fostering greater inclusiveness and diversity within the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang community. Throughout 2024, an astounding 2000+ Mobile Legends matches spanning 55 countries and regions will be hosted by various MLBB Esports teams, professional, semi-professional, and community tournament organizers.

Highlighted events on the horizon include the Snapdragon Pro Series, the revamped MSC 2024, the groundbreaking MLBB Women’s Invitational, the highly anticipated M6 World Championship, IESF, and many more. These events will take place in key regions, spanning from Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), East Europe and Central Asia, Türkiye, Mongolia, the Mekong Region (Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, and Brunei), North America (NA), Latin America, and, notably, China.

M6 World Championship to be held in Malaysia

The M6 World Championship, a flagship event, will reintroduce the Wild Card Format alongside the Group and Knockout Stages. Returning to its roots, the international championship will unfold in Malaysia, the birthplace of the inaugural M-Series. Slated to run from November to December, the competition will host over 20 teams representing more than 20 participating countries and regions, featuring an enticing lineup of over 50 matches.

For enthusiasts of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional Leagues and semi-professional tournaments, the roadmap outlines strategic scheduling. These leagues will take place between February and mid-June, followed by another stint in August and October, serving as crucial qualifying rounds for officially sanctioned competitions.
