Day 2 of the RA Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Champions Gala Semi Finals has concluded with seasoned teams like Global Esports and Revenant Esports dominating the event. Upcoming teams like WSB Gaming and Frequency Esports also showed consistent performances.
The will see 24 teams competing for a spot in the Grand Finals.
RA Esports BGMI Champions Gala Semi Finals Day 2 Match Summary
Match 1 Miramar: Team Zero secured an 18 point chicken dinner. Darklord from Team Zero was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match with 6 finishes. Global Esports placed second and got 13 points. Big Brother Esports placed third and scored 11 points. Reckoning Esports and Orangutan placed fourth and fifth and got 8 points each. U4G Esports and Alibaba Raiders were eliminated early with 1 point each.
Match 2 Erangel: Revenant Esports secured a 27 point chicken dinner. Ritesh “Fierce” Nawandar from Revenant Esports was the MVP of the match with 11 finishes. Team Forever placed second and got 12 points. Medal Esports placed third and got 10 points, 8 of which came via finishes. Godlike Esports and WSB Gaming placed fourth and fifth and got 8 points each. Over 5 teams including Team XSpark and Gods Reign were eliminated with zero points.
Match 3 Erangel: Godlike Esports secured a 22 point chicken dinner. Gunjan “Jelly” Thakur from Godlike Esports was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. Entity Gaming and Global Esports placed second and third and scored 10 points each. Carnival Gaming placed fourth, it showed aggressive gameplay and got 9 points, 8 of which came via finishes. Orangutan placed fifth and got 8 points. Gods Reign, WSB Gaming and Big Brother Esports were eliminated in the initial stages without scoring any points.
Match 4 Miramar: iQOO Soul grabbed a 24 point chicken dinner. Rudra “Spower” from iQOO Soul was the MVP of the match with 5 finishes. Global Esports placed second and got 15 points. Godlike Esports placed third and scored 12 points. Reckoning Esports had equal finish and placement points and got 8 points. Frequency Esports made a comeback and got 6 points. Orangutan and WSB Gaming were eliminated early with 1 point each.
Match 5 Erangel: Revenant Esports secured its second chicken dinner of the day with 19 points. Team XSpark placed second and got 12 points, 10 of which came via finishes. Harsh “Spraygod” Malik from Team XSpark was the MVP of the match with 6 finishes. Reckoning Esports and Team Tamilas placed third and fourth and got 11 points each. Carnival Gaming placed fifth and scored 9 points, 8 of which came via finishes. Entity Gaming and Global Esports were eliminated early without any points.
Match 6 Miramar: WSB Gaming secured a 15 point chicken dinner. Team Aaru placed second and scored 15 points, 10 of which came via finishes. Randeep “Attanki” Bhullar from Team Aaru was the MVP of the match with 6 finishes. Hydra Esports placed third, it showed good rotations and got 12 points. Godlike Esports placed fourth and got 10 points. iQOO Soul placed fifth and got 9 points. Team Tamilas and Team Forever were eliminated with 1 point each.
Day 2 of the event was dominated by seasoned teams like Global Esports and Revenant Esports along with the upcoming team of WSB Gaming. Some of the experienced teams like Gods Reign and WindGod Esports were unable to show consistent performances and are placed in the second half of the points table.
