The Med Kit gives 100 percent health but as players prefer the First Aid kit, it only regenerates 75 percent of the health and if players need 100 percent of their health they will require boosters. The Adrenaline Syringe is the most powerful Booster when compared to Energy Drinks and Painkillers, in the final stages in BGMI. It allows players to have 100 percent boost and even if the players receive damage while they are engaged in a fight, they can keep fighting as the full boost allows faster health regeneration. The final few circles in BGMI require the utmost skill and if players are fully boosted they can engage in fights without worrying too much about their health.
The Adrenaline Syringe Boost fills all three bars in the booster column and filling the third bar will give players a boost while moving or running until the bar is ticked out. The Boost duration will last for approximately five minutes in the game and give about 6 percent movement boost.
The Adrenaline Syringe can be found with the regular loot and also in Air Drops. Players who want an Adrenaline Syringe should be on the lookout for Air Drops. It is recommended for players to keep at least two Adrenaline Syringes, which should be used when they are rotating through the blue zone as the blue zone reduces players health. The Adrenaline Syringe will help them keep their health bar full.
